Yesterday was spent actively searching for an apartment or house. The plan is to have me, Scott and Scott's friend Mike (The Pirate) to live together.
We scoured across North Hollywood in search of rental places and came up with a nice looking newly renovated house on Hatteras St. The only real downsides were that there was no stove (downside for me, since I can enjoy cooking), and that it was a distance to Pasadena, which is where Mike goes to school.
Otherwise, the days have been spent drilling basic piano practice and theory as well as physical exercise. I also got a new pair of sunglasses for the fabulous price of 12,98$ at Sears. A new phone has also been purchased (came with a refill card and cost me 30$, so that was worth it). I would also like to point out that we have probably had at least ten close calls in traffic every day. People can't drive here it seems.
Right now we are preparing to visit White Lotus gym where Scott shall be doing some tricking and I will hopefully be doing some drills on the punching bag.
